Xylem or the 40 to 1 Cocktail

  • Cocktail shaker


  • 1/2 oz PURE Infused Maple Syrup – Vanilla, Cinnamon & Star Anise
  • 2 oz amber rum
  • 1 full egg


  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled champagne flute. Garnish with freshly grated cinnamon and a cinnamon stick.
