A traditional whiskey sour flavoured with the seasonal notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
Maple Moon Sour
- 1/2 oz PURE Infused Maple Syrup – Cinnamon, Nutmeg & Cloves
- 2 oz Canadian Whiskey
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz egg white
- Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and fill with ice. Shake hard for 20 seconds. Strain into an old fashioned glass over ice and garnish with an orange wheel.
